Easy The Quick And The Dead Achievement
Adrenaline shots can be found on any level. Use an adrenaline shot then quickly revive a teammate 10 times for this Achievement. You can do this in certain safehouses in single player. Find a safehouse, like the first one in the Parish at the end of Act 1, and shoot your teammates until they are incapacitated. Use a shot, then quickly revive all three of them. Grab another shot and repeat this process a few times to get the Achievement.

Weapon Descriptions
Check the gunshop in Dead Center (first episode, second map) for an accurate description of every firearm in the game (except the grenade launcher).

Stache Whacker Achievement
In part 4 of Dark Carnival, look for well-lit Whac-A-Mole-like arcade game near the start. Activate the button on the front of it and attack the Moustachios that pop up with a melee weapon. At a score of 46, the game will break -- you may need to continue a few times. When it breaks, you'll get the Stache Wacker Achievement (be "faster than Moustachio"). Also, the game will attract zombies.

Gong Show Achievement
In part 4 of Dark Carnival, look for a strength-testing game in the first area after exiting the safe room. Inject some adrenaline and nail the red button with a melee weapon to get the Gong Show Achievement (be "stronger than Moustachio"). Note: Will summon infected!

Guardin' Gnome Achievement
In part 2 of Dark Carnival you'll come across a well-lit shooting range with carnival mascot Moustachio emblazoned on it. Also note the yard gnome in the box -- your prize for getting 750 points. Get this high score by activating the game (via the red button) and shooting everyone but the blue peanut (you'll lose points if you hit this target!). Hit the yellow and green Moustachio target for extra points. The gnome (which you may recognize from Half-Life 2 Episode 2) will be released if you get a high score and so will scores of infected, so beware!.

Carry the gnome all the way to the end of the scenario (board the chopper) to unlock the Guardin' Gnome Achievement. You can drop Gnome Chompsky and pick it back up. You can also drop it in a safe room and it will be there after the break. Finally, you can use the gnome to repel zombies as you would with a weapon.

This hack-and-slash adventure is set in the mining settlement of Torchlight, a town founded on the discovery of a rare and mysterious ore called Ember. This valuable ore has the power to enchant and corrupt but its value is such that many are willing to risk their lives for it. Now, miners have uncovered Torchlight’s buried past: a dangerous labyrinth of caverns, monsters, and ruined civilizations beneath the ground that have been corrupted by Ember’s dark influence. As Evil threatens to overrun the town, a Champion is needed. Players will have the opportunity to save the town of Torchlight, battling through rock and fire, through lost cities, and across ancient tombs on a perilous journey to cleanse the mines. As one of three Character Classes, Players will explore randomly generated dungeon levels, battle a huge variety of monsters, and pursue endless variations of fame and fortune.

    • Randomization - Game level layouts are randomly created, so each adventure will always be unique
    • Easy, approachable interface - Torchlight is designed to be easy to play right from the beginning. With an intuitive interface, players can dive right in!
    • Character Classes - Players will create and customize a character, choosing from 3 main Classes: The Destroyer, The Alchemist, or The Vanquisher.
    • Pets - choose a pet to accompany your character. Pets can level up along with the player; they can also fight, carry items, and perform helpful tasks.
    Never Lose Bonuses When Enchanting
Sometimes in this game you have bad luck and lose all your items attributes when trying to add more. Here is a way to prevent that. Exit the game if you are playing so it saves your progress. Find your save folder the default for XP is Documents and Settings\USER\Application Data\runic games\torchlight\save

Once its found copy all of the .SVT files you see and paste them on your desktop (sometimes there is only 1 .SVT file). once they are copied go back into the game and try to enchant your item. If it works repeat the process from the beginning. However if it fails then exit the game and copy the .SVT files you put on your desktop into the games save folder overwriting the file that is already there. Now you have restored your game so load the game and you will see that your item still has its attributes. You can use this cheat to make legit godly items it just takes a bit of time.

    Item Cloning
Alter files at your own risk and always make backups. This allows you to clone an item, attributes and all. Open the game put the item you want to clone in your inventory and exit the game. once your out of the game go to windows and find your save folder (default in windows xp is Documents and Settings\USER\Application Data\runic games\torchlight\save) . Copy ONLY the .SVT files (sometimes theres more than one) and paste them in a different folder. Go into the game and put the item you want to clone in the shared stash (it MUST be the shared stash not the regular stash or it will not work). Once you are done exit the game again. Copy the backup you made of your SVT file(s) a few seconds ago and paste it/them in the save folder overwrighting the file(s) that are already in there. Now just load your game and if done correctly you will have the item you wanted to clone in your inventory and in the shared stash.

    Infinite Potions
With a new character, place your potions into a shared stash chest on the north side of Torchlight. Delete the character and load a different character. Grab the potions you left for yourself -- and repeat!

    Summon Items
Open the console (see above) and type "item ####" in the console and press enter (e.g. for Perfect skull, type item 2627)
    • The Infinite Pure Ember Shard (+49 damage / +34 armor) - 2607
    • The Sea King's Core Ember Shard (+19 health per second / +12 strength) - 2629
    • The Grand Depths Ember Shard (-48 armor per hit / +12 dexterity) - 2603
    • The Fire Queen Ember Shard (+33 fire damage / +28 fire resistance) - 2600
    • The Spire City Life Ember Shard (+33 poison damage / +28 poison resistance) - 2631
    • The Earthstar Cold Ember Shard (+33 ice damage / +28 ice resistance) - 2597
    • The Eternal Flow Ember Shard (+33 electric damage / +28 electric resistance) - 2599
    • The Pirate Skull (48 health stolen per hit / +12 defense) - 2627
    • Elitch's Eye (15 mana stolen per hit / +12 magic) - 1766
    Item Replication
Left click on any goods/merchandise (preferably the cheapest one). You'll have selected the item to put it in your inventory. But instead of putting it in a empty slot put it on a pre-existing item in your inventory (preferably the most expensive one). You will have a replication of that item you clicked on. Note: This won't copy the enchantments, but will generate a randomly enchanted item.

Have your pet equip the "Heal All" spell and upgrade it as you gain levels. Your pet will cast the spell at regular intervals, helping you to maintain HP during combat. Not a cure all, but definitely helpful when you run into two or three bosses together.

Command & Conquer Generals Cheats For PC

"Command & Conquer Generals" Cheats & Codes

    Command & Conquer Generals

Developer(s) : EA Pacific (Windows), Aspyr Media (Mac OS)
Publisher(s) : EA Games (Windows), MacSoft (Mac OS)
    Designer(s) : Dustin Browder
    Series : Command & Conquer
Engine : Strategy Action Game Engine (SAGE)
    Version : 1.08, December 2005
Platform(s) : Microsoft Windows, Apple Macintosh
    Release date(s) : NA February 10, 2003; EU February 14, 2003
    Genre(s) : Real-time strategy
    Mode(s) : Single-player, multiplayer
    Media/distribution : CD-ROM (2) (PC), DVD (Mac OS)

In Command & Conquer Generals gamers choose from three radically different fighting forces, build an army from the ground up, and seek out and destroy opposing players' armies and bases. Your three choices are the USA, the Chinese, and the Global Liberation Army (a group of freedom fighters/terrorists). Each force has unique strengths and weaknesses; Generals does a good job making the three forces differ in more than aesthetics. The USA has costly but technically advanced units along with a stunningly powerful Air Force, the Chinese have weak but cheap ground units that gain advantages when attacking in large groups, and the GLA has a ramshackle army that relies on stealth. Each force caters to a completely different style of play, and playing around to find the group that you'll like the most is a lot of fun.

One of the game’s most important innovations is the Generals point system. This system allows both the player and his units to gain experience points for each enemy kill. Experienced units will become hardier and more dangerous, and the player will gain points to spend on new technologies or special attacks. Each force has its own selection of bonuses you can purchase in this manner, and more experienced generals have access to increasingly powerful items.

Generals is the first title in the Command & Conquer franchise to go fully 3-D, and it looks absolutely gorgeous. All of the models and environments in the game look really good, and it's both cool and useful to rotate the camera around to get different perspectives on the battlefield. The tradeoff here is that Generals has extremely high system requirements, and you're going to have to go even higher than the posted minimum if you want consistently smooth gaming performance. In fact, you're probably going to have noticeable slowdowns if you're not running approximately the equivalent of a 1.5GHZ processor and a GeForce 3 or better.

    • The U.S. and China have been fighting to rule the world -- but now a new group called the Global Liberation Army(GLA) is gunning for the both of them. Step into this three-way power struggle and take command as a General, to lead your side to victory.
    • Command U.S., Chinese or GLA troops, each with their own unique abilities, weapons and strategies
    • Use your tactical skills to lead the Chinese with their nuclear and fire-based weapons, or the U.S. with their advanced technology & air superiority, or the GLA with their guerilla tactics & scavenging skills
    • As you play and win in these multi-level campaigns, you'll earn General Points you can use to break out the Super Weapons - Nukes & Particle Beams are waiting for you to deploy them
    • Unique new missions and campaign goals combined with all-new multiplayer modes bring up the challenge, as you fight for the right to Command & Conquer!
    Hint - Multi-Stratee-gery Center
Normally when you are the USA, you can only build one strategy center. But there is a way to get more than one. For this trick to work you must be either the GLA or China. Also, there must be at least one USA team on hard or brutal. You need to build a barracks and get the capture building upgrade. Wait until the USA team builds a strategy center. Make sure it is not destroyed. Before you capture it, capture their command center. Then, build a constuction dozer. Begin to capture the strategy center now, and at the same time begin building another one with your new construcion dozer. They will both be usable to you once they are finished, so you can use multiple strategies.

    Scud Bug
This cheat allows you to launch the scudstorm repeatedly with out having to wait 5 min. You start by building a scudstorm with the gla (note: it dose not have to be fully constructed to use this cheat ex. 15%) next select the scud storm and press Q. Press and hold ctrl and select where you want it to fire and it will not stop until you tell it to.

    Hack: All Badges
This involves editting a game file, so make a back-up before proceeding.

Go locate the command and conquer generals data folder. It can be found in driveletter:my documents -or- driveletter:documents and settingsadministrator (WinXP). Locate and use Notepad (or a similar text editor) to open skirmishstats.ini You want to copy over the contents of the whole file with the following:

Halo, the award-winning and critically acclaimed science fiction epic adventure, is coming to the PC courtesy of Bungie and Gearbox Software. Packed with action, Halo contains all the thrilling gameplay and rich story that made it a smash hit with gamers all over the world. Now you can take the battle online with all new multiplayer including new maps, weapons and vehicles available only on your PC!

Bent on Humankind's extermination, a powerful fellowship of alien races known as the Covenant is wiping out the Earth's fledgling interstellar empire. You and the other surviving defenders of a devastated colony-world make a desperate attempt to lure the alien fleet away from Earth. Shot down and marooned on the ancient ring-world Halo, you begin a guerilla-war against the Covenant. Fight for humanity against an alien onslaught as you race to uncover the mysteries of Halo.

    • A group of alien races called the Covenant is wiping out human bases and colonies across the galaxy. You and a few fellow soldiers are all that's left of a devastated colony-world called Halo. Built for combat, trained for war, you'll do the only thing you can -- wage guerilla war on the Covenant and help other humans escape!
    • Incredible graphics bring the alien world of Halo to life, as you explore it and unravel its many mysteries
    • Control your Character during massive firefights as you eliminate as many Covenant soldiers as possible
    • Use your tactics skills to command squads and eliminate the enemy as you engage in guerilla warfare, using whatever weapons you can find
    • Incredible all-new multiplayer maps for up to 16 people, with brand new armaments you've never seen before
    Access All Levels
To access all of the levels in the game, you have to mess with your game directory, which could cause problems with your game or cause other problems. Therefore, attempt this at your own risk.
    • 1. Create a new profile
    • 2. From Windows, locate the 'checkpoints' directory for the newly created profile. You will find this in the My Documents folder (such as D:Documents and Settings...My DocumentsMy GamesHalosavegamesAll_Levelscheckpoints)
    • 3. In this directory create a text file called checkpoint0.sav with the following text included: 0,0,0 0,0,0 0,0,0
    • 4. Repeat the previous step until you have ten files named checkpoint0.sav ... checkpoint9.sav and for each file change the first number on the first line to indicate the level (such as 0 The Pillar of Autumn)
    • 1 - Halo
    • 2 - The Truth and Reconciliation
    • 3 - The Silent Cartographer
    • 4 - Assault on the Control Room
    • 5 - 343 Guilty Spark
    • 6 - The Library
    • 7 - Two Betrayals
    • 8 - Keyes
    • 9 - The Maw

So, for instance, for 'The Maw' level, you will have a file called checkpoint9.sav with the following text:

    • 9,0,0
    • 0,0,0
    • 0,0,0
    • 5. Now, select Campaign and Load Game. You should now have access to all the main game levels.
    God Mode

    Mods for Halo, Not CE.
NOTE: It is always a good idea to back up your files, if you make mistakes you can reinstall.

    You will need HaloMapTools V3

Once that is extracted and installed forget about it (close it out or something) and go to 'My Computer' the locate where you installed halo somewhere in the C drive (most likely 'Prog Files' then 'Microsoft Games' then 'Halo'). Once you open up the file 'Halo' (not CE) you will see some other files such as "shaders" and "maps" and some stuff, but the one you want is the one named 'maps'. Copy that entire folder (all the maps) and paste them in a new file titled 'backups' and then minimize that so you can see your desktop. (this will be your backup map folder). OK now that that’s done we can move on to modding...

Now open up HMT3 and open the folder 'HMT.v3.ReleaseCandidate' (if u cant find that it the 2nd one down) and then click on HMT3's icon (it might be books or a window and dont worry if a notice pops up) and HMT3 will open. Now click file and open then again locate your maps folder (not your backups! the originals)(it may be easier just to insert halo and click on the cd drive to locate the maps) and open a map you would like to mod (cant mod Once selected a lot of word closed folders will come up on the left. If you want to make things happen such as a pistol shooting rockets go to the one named Projectiles (don’t worry about big words just click on +/-) and click on the + to its left. Now a lot of things should have opened and things such as:
    • vehiclesbansheebanshee bolt
    • weaponsassault riflebullet
...should have come up. Those are the projectiles for each weapon. So lets say you want a needler to shoot pistol... well all you basically need to do is switch the projectiles huh... exactly but there are 2 ways to do this. I find the easiest way is to copy and paste the META (numbers) in the top left. So to make the needler shoot pistol you would copy the pistols META and paste it into the needlers META then click save and your done. And before you try out your mod on halo you need to make sure that you press close map file at the bottom otherwise halo will freeze. But wait there is a second way: you can click on swap next to the projectiles META and then choose the projectile you want it to shoot then again press save and close the map file.

Also in the TAG EDITOR on the left when you select a projectile you are able to change the speed, arch, and alot of things as well as the projectiles life span. So you can make plasma shoot as fast a bullet or faster or slower.

    Different Ending
Beat Halo's Campaign on Legendary to see a slightly longer ending movie.

    Hidden Area
In the chapter where you must find Capt. Keyes in the swamp, there is a secret area you can access right from the beginning.

When Foe Hammer says “The Last transmission from the captain's drop ship was from this area. That was over twelve hours ago.” immediately start pressing your grenade throw button. Whatever you do, DON'T MOVE! After a few seconds, the drop ship will take back off, and you'll still be in it. It flies for about 20 seconds then crashes. Press X to exit the drop ship.

Now walk directly away from the ship until you reach a clearing. Head towards the center and out of the fog you'll see a lone marine standing there! He won't move or say anything, unless you shoot him in the foot w/ your pistol.

    Hidden Music
In assault on the control room near the end of the level on the rock road there will be a banshee steal the banshee and look behind you. if you look up you will see 3 sniper spots a bottom, middle, and top go to the middle one with the banshee land carefully and go to the right side and look at the blue light wait a while and you will hear a hidden track.

Silent Cartographer Shorcut - Squally's Jump
In "The Silent Cartographer" there is a sizeable shortcut. It involves a large jump which can easliy kill you, but, with an Overshield, saves you some time.

First off, when you battle at the entrance to the main building on the island (the one where the door becomes locked shut), make sure to leave the nearby Overshield. After you have unlocked the door, return, and still do not use the Overshield. Kill the Jackals and hunters, then finally grab the Overshield. From there, enter the base, and hang a right to the structure jutting out from the wall. Here you can see each of the levels of the compound. Take good aim, and jump to the second lowest level. If done right, you will lose all of your Overshield, but you will land on the level above the Silent Cartographer. From here, peer over the ledge where the edge of the platform changes direction. below you is another Overhield. Simply drop down onto the Overshield, and not only will you still be alive, but your shields will be at 300% once again. Turn around you'll be at the Silent Cartographer!

    On Top Of The World
On the Silent Cartographer level, go anywhere where there is an overshield, and bring a warthog with you. It's best to do this in co-op because it's easier to collect the grenades and "initiate launch-off". Get as many grenades as you can, and have your partner kill you, and vice-versa to get the grenades into one big pile. (Make sure this is *near* an overshield.) Drive the warthog onto the grenades and try to position it to where it would fly up on top of the level. Before you do anything else, make sure you get a checkpoint. Have your buddy pick up a grenade and toss it under the warthog, and RIGHT as he throws it, pick up the overshield and get into the warthog quick. If you get into the warthog while the overshield is charging, you should get blasted upward unharmed. You should reach the top of the level. If not, reposition the warthog, or get more grenades. When you're up there, kill your friend with the plasma pistol from long range, and he should appear up there with you. Have fun!

    Easter Eggs:
    Hidden Sleeping Grunt
On the level Control Room, defeat all enemies after using the tank. Move forward and down the last tunnel (where the wraith fires from atop of). After successfully defeating the enemies, move to the other side of the cave and head to the left edge of the room. If performed right a Grunt will be asleep on the edge of the level.

On the last level the Maw, on the last checkpoint, when you go off the big jump onto the small bridge, drive the warthog so a quarter of it is off the bridge. Jump on top of the warthog and jump on top of the wall on either side (the one closest to you) and follow it up to an upper, smaller bridge. There are two hall ways and go in the one with blood in it. Look to the right and you will find the name Rex written in blood.

'The Megg' is one of the hardest easter eggs in Halo. After all once you see the Megg, its game over. Start a game on the Pillar of Autumn while on legendary difficulty. Jump on the cryo tube Master Chief comes out of. Jump on the shield recharger thing. Then, jump on the walkway. You'll see some barrels. Jump on the top one. Wait for that guy that woke you up to die, then jump down. Get to the captain and shoot him. As soon as Cortana says, 'rampant', find the door the invincible marines came out of. If you can get past them, another door will open. The Marines can't get you while you're in here. Look up at the 'M' made out of bullets. After you see it you're trapped and the marines now can kill you. Like I said once you see the Megg, you die.

    Random Bull
Go to create a new account and type in .fortune for a name. As soon as the name is completed, a random message will appear on the screen. Re-enter the name for another message.

    Talking Grunt
WARNING: You may need to restart this stage if you pursue this easter egg.

In the last level of Halo, you'll arrive at a second grouping of tunnels after the dropship pick up goes awry.

Take the first tunnel on your right and there should be a fork leading to a dead-end half way through. If you head partly that way, you can hear a grunt talking about something phenomenonally droll.

From BioWare, the makers of Mass Effect, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, and Baldur's Gate comes Dragon Age: Origins. An epic tale of violence, lust, and betrayal, Dragon Age: Origins is a single player role-playing game (RPG) set in a fantasy game environment, and featuring three playable character classes, accessible in the form of three races. In addition, the game features extreme character customization, a new game engine, party-based gameplay utilizing non-player characters and a built-in personal history system for each hero character rooted in a variety of possible origin stories.

    • Scalable combat options that let you decide the level of control you have over your party, including NPCs. Issue orders, set your own tactical AI, or take control of any party member to lead the charge.
    • 6 possible playable preludes known as ‘Origin Stories’ which along with your play, define how your hero character will see the world, how it sees you and sets the tone for the entire story.
    • Travel across the vast and varied lands of Ferelden; from the conspiratorial halls of the last great dwarven city, Orzammar, to the untamed snarls of the Korcari Wilds.
    • Dragon Age: Origins will give you deep character customization options including: class, race, appearance, abilities, and equipment.
    • At the heart of the storm sweeping across Ferelden. Decide the fate of nations, people and, ultimately, yourself. Just remember: for every choice, there is a consequence.
    Unlimited Enhancement Crystals for Shale
In Redcliff, convince the innkeeper to join the fight. This will leave the barmaid in charge. Ask her for supplies and she will give you anything in the shop for free. Leave town and go to camp. Come back and get more supplies. Every time you return she will have a random assortment of the current and lower tier below crystals for Shale. They start to sell for 1 Gold Piece after you reach the "Cear" tier.

Note: Leaving the town before defending it will result in a lot of dead villagers, possibly the barmaid as well.

Update: You don't need to leave the town for the crystals to reappear. You simply need to leave the inn and re-enter it.

    Free Specialization Books
The Specialization Books that vendors sell can be attained without spending any gold. Save your game, then purchase the book. You will get a message on screen that says "Specialization Unlocked." Load the game that you saved before buying the book. You will have the Specialization unlocked and the gold.

    Level Up Glitch
During the Tainted Blood mission in Ostargar, collect the three Vials of Darkspawn Blood but avoid collecting the Grey Warden Treaties. After you have the vials, talk to Duncan and choose the conversation option "We have the blood, but not the scrolls." The conversation will end and you'll get experience! You can repeat the conversation and get the experience each time -- you can do this all the way up to the level cap at 25 (if you are patient)! You can click through the conversation fairly quickly once you've done it a few times.

Note: An update / patch has fixed this. To use the glitch, you'll need to avoid the update.

    Gold Exploit
Exploit may be removed with future Xbox Live updates.

In the city Lothering the Quest "Traps are a girl's best friend" one can repeatedly do the quest, earning Gold and XP. It is boring but one earns a lot of gold and XP.

You should do this before connecting to Xbox live as a patch has fixed this problem and if you were caught stealing in Lothering the Quest giver will refuse to talk to you all together.

Ghost Bridge Solve for Urn of Sacred Ash Quest
Follow these steps to get across the Ghost Bridge for the Urn of Sacred Ash quest:
1: Right one, right two, left three.
2: Player steps on first section of ghost bridge.
3: Right two, left three, left six.
4: Player steps on second section of ghost bridge.
5: Right two, right four, left six.
6: Right four, left one, left six.
7: Player steps on third section of ghost bridge.
8: Right four, right five, left one.
9: Right five, left one, left five.
    10: Player crosses successfully.

Note that on the console version as each piece of the bridge becomes solid it remains solid permanently greatly reducing the difficulty of this puzzle.

    Unequip for the Win
In the origins stories, be sure to remove all the items of those that accompany you (and leave your party) prior to their departure. You may need to save the gaem more often. You can use these items to sell or equip as needed.

Another example: once you return from the Kokori Wilds, before talking to Duncan, remove all the equipment from Jory and Daveth since they are destined to die.

Easy Ceremonialist and Sacrilegious Trophies / Achievements
To collect both the the Sacred Ashes Trophies / Achievements (Ceremonialist and Sacrilegious) quickly without replaying the entire game, save your game before you ascend the stairs to the ashes. During the scene, collect a pinch of ashes and then put blood in the ashes. Allow yourself to be killed afterward and reload your save. This time, collect the ashes but don't put the blood in. Leave the temple and fight the disciples waiting for you to get the second Trophy / Achievement.

    Easy 'Grim Reaper' Achievement/Trophy
Defeating the Harvester on Hard or Nightmare difficulty is nearly impossible if you just try to tackle it without strategy.

When the Harvester is very close to the end of his first form, wait until the last possible second to push the button, this way you can clear most of the skeletons he summons. I had to get rid of about four or five whilst we hammered away at him.

If you haven't, set all of your team to use a small heath potion at 75% health, and a large health potion at 25%. Then play as Shale and just cast Heal as often as possible -- make sure as Shale you stand by the button. Set the dwarf up so that he is taunting, etc., and they should concentrate on him and leave Shale alone.

Having a lot of potions will make this battle time-consuming, but achievable; on my battle with the Harvester, I had over 400 potions just in case.

    Easy 'Recruiter' Achievement/Trophy
    1. Alistair: Ostagar, King's Camp. Alistair will unlock automatically. Duncan will ask you to seek Alistair out when you arrive at Ostagar.

    2. Dog: Castle Cousland or Ostagar. Complete a side quest during the Human Noble origin or complete the "Mabari Hound" side quest once you reach Ostagar.

    3. Leliana: Lothering. Get rid of the local mercenaries and then speak with Leliana in Dane's Refuge.

    4. Loghain Mac Tir: Denerim, Royal Palace. After the Landsmeet, you'll be able to invite Loghain to become a Grey Warden. Just know that if you do, Alistair will leave your party.

    5. Morrigan: Korcari Wilds. After the Battle of Ostagar, Morrigan will save your life and then join your party.

    6. Oghren: Orzammar. At the entrance of the Deep Roads, he will join your party.

    7. Shale: Village of Honnleath. Stone Prisoner DLC: Complete "The Golem of Honnleath" quest. . Sten: Lothering. Free Sten from his cell.

    9. Wynne: Circle Tower. She will join your party when you are locked inside the Circle Tower.

    10. Zevran: Random. Once you complete one of the major treaty quests, you will run into Zevran's band of assassins on the road.

    Easy 'Perfectionist' Achievement/Trophy
You can save a lot of time trying to discover all possible endings, and even complete it in only one playthrough, with precise timing. The key requirement to doing this is to save in certain places of the story.

Save one: Right before entering the Landsmeet Chamber, pick Alistair (or Loghain) and then have Alistair die at the end. Reload the game and pick the other character.

Save two: Right before entering your room in Redcliffe Castle, you choose whether or not to participate in the dark ritual. If you do complete the dark ritual, there is no choice at the end for who kills the Archdemon.

Save three: Right before going to the rooftop of the tower -- if you did not complete the dark ritual, you can choose to kill yourself, then reload -- fight the Archdemon again and make Alistair or Loghain kill it.
